We are not a job board and we do not promise placements. Instead, we focus on equipping freshers with the practical skills, tools, and strategy needed to compete confidently in today's job market.
Our mission is simple: make every fresher job-ready. We believe that with the right guidance — not guarantees — freshers can build the confidence and capability to land roles on their own merit. Hireable exists to close the gap between "fresh graduate" and "job-ready professional."

Hireable is built and run by a solo founder based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The platform was launched in 2026 with a clear goal: help India's IT freshers navigate the job market with confidence, clarity, and the right tools.
